Privacy notice

Who we are

PureEdge Cleaning is responsible for the personal information it uses to handle your cleaning enquiry. Contact us at cleaningpureedge@gmail.com, on 07933 072494 or 07778 058162, or by post at Flat 10 Lawrence Court, 77 Lawrie Park Road, London, SE26 6ED.

Your enquiry details

We receive information you submit through our website, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or directly by phone, text, email or WhatsApp. This can include your name, contact details, postcode, company name, cleaning requirements, preferred dates and contact method. Meta submissions may also include form and ad identifiers and submission times. Please do not include payment-card details, access codes or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

How we use it

We use your details to respond, discuss availability and pricing, organise cleaning, assign follow-ups and maintain our client register. We process service enquiries and bookings to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform agreed services. Our legitimate interests in administering enquiries, keeping accurate records and securing our systems also support these activities. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing, sell enquiry details, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.

Access and service providers

The business owners manage enquiries in a private dashboard and client workbook. Providers supporting hosting, storage, social advertising and communications may process information for those services. These include OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare and Meta where those services are used. Their services may involve processing outside the UK. You can ask us for information about the applicable provider arrangements and transfer safeguards. Meta and messaging services also handle information under their own privacy notices.

How long we keep it

We retain unsuccessful cleaning enquiries for up to 12 months after your last enquiry or substantive contact, then review and remove information no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep necessary service records while managing your relationship and retain records required for accounting, disputes or legal obligations for as long as those purposes require. This notice does not mean every booked-client record is deleted after 12 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information and, where applicable, request deletion, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on your consent for an activity, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need enough contact and property information to respond and assess the work.

If you have a concern, please contact us first. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
